How far in advance should I place an order?
Currently we accept orders up until Wednesday at 12PM for Friday morning pickup. For large events or catering, please allow 72 hours or more to ensure availability.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
At this time, we do not offer gluten-free or vegan cookies. All cookies are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, and nuts.
Can I customize cookie flavors or packaging?
Yes! We offer a rotating menu of flavors, and packaging can be customized for gifts or events - just let us know your needs when ordering.
Where do you deliver?
We offer pickup at Kittanning and Indiana locations on Fridays. Contact us for delivery of large (2+ dozen) orders. Pickup from home in Dayton is also available by appointment.
What is your pricing?
Cookie pricing is managed in our current product catalog, with discounts for larger orders. Please see our Services & Pricing page for live details.
Do you cater for weddings and large events?
Absolutely! We specialize in rustic cookie displays and favors. Contact us early to reserve your date and discuss your custom setup.
How are cookies packaged?
All cookies are wrapped in food-safe packaging and presented in rustic boxes, perfect for gifts or events.
How should I store my cookies?
Cookies are best enjoyed fresh, but they can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days at room temperature or frozen for longer shelf life.
