Butter & Burlap offers handcrafted cookies made to order, candles, gift cards, and related seasonal products. Cookie pickup is available at designated local locations, and eligible candle orders may be shipped when shipping is offered at checkout.
Orders must be submitted via our website. Availability may vary, and orders are not confirmed until payment is completed and you receive confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders for any reason, including ingredient shortages, inventory limits, shipping limitations, or overcapacity.
Customers placing pickup orders must select a preferred pickup location and time during checkout. You agree to pick up your order at the selected time. We are not responsible for product quality degradation due to late pickups. Customers placing shipped orders are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Our cookies may contain common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and wheat. While we strive for transparency, all products are made in a shared kitchen environment and may come in contact with cross-contaminants.
Because our products are made to order, all sales are considered final. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at painterpcs@gmail.com within 24 hours of pickup. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
